This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit https://quantafinance.com, use our online inquiry forms or AI lending concierge, or start a commercial real estate loan application.

1. Information We Collect (Notice at Collection)

  • Contact & Inquiry Information: Name, email address, phone number, company or borrowing entity name, broker affiliation, and message details submitted through our Contact, Broker, or FAQ forms.
  • Commercial Deal & Pre-Qualification Details: Investment property state or address, project type, purchase price, renovation budget, after-repair value (ARV), estimated credit score range, prior project experience, and target closing timeline shared with our loan officers or AI lending concierge.
  • Recruiting Information: Contact details, professional summary, and resume/CV files submitted through our Careers application form.
  • Website Usage, Attribution & Device Telemetry: Page views, referring URLs, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and advertising click identifiers), browser/device metadata, and error diagnostics collected via first-party analytics. We also record how visitors move through our pages (clicks, scrolling, and pages viewed) as session replays. Replays show the deal details you enter, such as loan type, property state, purchase price, and credit score range, but mask names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, and messages, and exclude the chat window.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To evaluate commercial real estate loan inquiries, provide indicative deal feedback, and route your inquiry to a Quanta Finance loan officer or wholesale account executive.
  • To communicate with you regarding your loan inquiry, broker partnership, or job application.
  • To measure website performance, diagnose technical errors, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • To comply with applicable lending, recordkeeping, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information & Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, and SMS consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers and systems necessary to operate our business:

  • Cloud Infrastructure & Communications: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and our email and relationship management systems to process inquiries, manage borrower and broker relationships, and respond to inquiries.
  • Analytics & Observability: Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, PostHog (first-party product analytics, session replay and error diagnostics), and Axiom (server log monitoring).
  • AI Lending Concierge Processors: When you use the optional website chat concierge, messages and deal inputs are processed via Vercel AI Gateway, Anthropic, TypeSafe, and Langfuse trace observability (with Social Security numbers, payment card/account numbers, and email addresses automatically redacted before trace export). Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or bank account credentials in chat.
  • Advertising Measurement (Where Permitted): Unless you opt out or send a Global Privacy Control signal, we may share hashed or click-attributed conversion milestones with advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta) to measure campaign performance. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a browser tag from Meta, to measure visits from Meta ads and quote submissions. It does not load when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, regulatory examination, or to protect the rights and security of Quanta Finance and our borrowers.

4. Cookies, First-Party Storage & Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We use first-party browser storage and cookies to maintain session continuity and attribute inquiries to marketing campaigns. Our website automatically honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal (navigator.globalPrivacyControl): when GPC is detected, analytics persistence is restricted to ephemeral memory, session replay is turned off, advertising conversion exports are disabled for your session, and the Meta Pixel does not load.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain website inquiry records and operational telemetry for up to 365 days unless a longer retention period is required for active loan servicing, underwriting records, or legal and regulatory compliance. Career application attachments are transmitted directly to our recruiting mailbox and are not stored in our marketing analytics systems. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.

6. External Links & Borrower Portal

Links to apply for a loan or log in direct you to our secure borrower portal at https://quantaportal.com. When you follow an application link, first-party attribution identifiers and any deal summary you explicitly choose to transfer are passed to the portal to streamline your application.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our website and commercial lending services are intended solely for adult business-purpose real estate investors and brokers and are not directed to individuals under 18.

8. Your California (CCPA/CPRA) & State Privacy Rights

  • Right to Know, Access, and Correct: You may request access to or correction of the personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions for active loan servicing, legal holds, and regulatory recordkeeping.
  • Right to Opt Out of Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising: You may opt out at any time by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or by contacting us at admin@quantafinance.com.
  • Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
